Do we need QuickBooks Enterprise?
It works best there. We also connect to QuickBooks Desktop Premier, Sage 100, and Fishbowl. If you're on something else, we'll tell you on the first call.
Our QuickBooks runs on our own server. How do you connect?
Through Intuit's QuickBooks Web Connector, which runs next to QuickBooks and only does what it's allowed to: create draft sales orders and read items, customers, and prices. Hosted QuickBooks works too. We never need remote desktop access to your server.
We're on Prophet 21 or Eclipse.
Epicor sells order-entry automation for those systems, and it may be the better fit for you. We're built for distributors on QuickBooks Enterprise, Sage 100, and Fishbowl.
Our customers change their PO formats all the time.
That's why the workflow reads what's on the page instead of relying on a fixed template. A layout it hasn't seen goes to a person the first time, and after that it knows it.
How many orders do we need for this to pay off?
Roughly 15 emailed orders a day or more. Below that, the time saved is real but small. Use the calculator above with your own numbers.
Do you need access to our systems? Is that safe?
We sign an NDA before we see anything. The workflow then works with its own user that has only the permissions it needs, with MFA on, and you can turn it off any time. We don't keep copies of your POs beyond what a run needs.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only drafts. Anything it is not sure about is flagged on the draft, and nothing reaches a customer until a person on your team releases it.
What if it breaks, or we stop working together?
Monitoring is part of the monthly plan: we watch every run and fix what breaks, usually the same day. Everything is documented. If you cancel, we remove our access and hand over the documentation.
Where are you based? What hours do you work?
Weenja is based in India and works US business hours, Eastern through Pacific. You get a reply within one business day, usually the same day.
