This page explains what Weenja collects when you use weenjahq.com, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we don't sell anything, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the "Send us one example" form, we receive your name, email, company, your message, and any file you attach. If you email us, we receive your email.
- Bookings. If you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email, and the time you pick. Google's privacy policy applies to that page.
- Usage. We count page views and button clicks with PostHog. It sets no cookies. It records the page, the link that brought you here (including campaign tags in the link), your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to scope or build a workflow for you. We use usage data to see which pages are useful and to improve the site. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Files you send
Files you attach are delivered to our email inbox and used only to answer you. We delete them after we reply, or within 30 days if we don't start working together. Please black out anything you don't want us to see.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email runs on Google Workspace. Usage data goes to PostHog. Each of them processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Client work
When we build a workflow for you, we work inside your accounts with a separate, limited-permission user that you control. We keep only the data a workflow needs to run, and we sign an NDA on request. The details go in your quote.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, email jojo@weenjahq.com. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are a California resident, you have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
